Three castaways who cannot stand each other are forced to live together in a boat, lost in the middle of the sea. When they find a tropical island, it seems they will finally be happy, but the appearance of a mysterious being will complicate things for them again.
HULA HULA was made by Bruno Vega as his graduation project (TFG) at the Vigo School of Image and Sound (Escuela de Imagen y Sonido de Vigo). Heavily inspired by the works and aesthetics of the legendary UPA studio (United Productions of America), this project was Bruno's first attempt to translate his unique flat, humorous visual style into computer 3D.
